The question no longer is; “Should we use AI?”, but rather “How should we use AI?”. We aim to provide an answer to the second question

“Over the next decade, AI won’t replace managers, but managers who use AI will replace those who don’t.”
– Erik Brynjolfsson and Andrew McAfee

That AI executes clearly-defined and repetitive tasks very well is no secret. Yet there is a lot of value to be found in human-machine collaboration, where machine supports and enables human performance. Think of situations where employees receive chance-of-success predictions for certain actions and can optimize their planning accordingly or intelligent case management tools. In these process oriented cases a human-centered approach to AI is vital, this to ensure solutions deliver value for human and business alike.

During this afternoon we will showcase some implemented AI-projects, share experiences and lessons learned. We will also explain the advantages of taking a design-thinking approach to AI projects and provide you with an AI-canvas and to set you on your way with your AI-projects.
