Bored?

War on talent, it is called. Or a "bottleneck profession"... We must be clear: it is not easy to attract the best talent for our company. In the past year, we have succeeded quite well. But it was certainly not obvious. We also make it a point not to collaborate with recruiters and like to get to know our candidates personally. But we are not there yet! We are still looking for numerous new colleagues to expand our teams and make the foundation of our tribe(craftsmanship) even stronger and more powerful.

Tribe Day 

Several times a year, all employees simultaneously come in-house for one day to participate in workshops, knowledge sharing, brainstorming sessions... This is how we try to spread knowledge across our projects and get employees out of their comfort zone. These tribe days also contribute to the close-knit community we already are.

Training

In addition to the tribe days, we organize numerous other trainings, both internal and external. The trainings are tailored to the careers of our crafters. Every year we define together the goals we want to achieve that year. Along both sides.

Working regionally 

We want to establish long-term relationships with both our clients and our employees. That's why we always try to have our crafters work on projects in their own region. With clients all over the country, we can.

And of course....

Of course we have heaps of fun! Family days, team building, short-ski, drinks, sports....
