Cultural fit

During the cultural fit, we try to discover if you are a match for our Tribe in terms of personality. This is because we are not only looking for a strong technical profile, but also for someone who can contribute to the values of our company.

Technical FIT

We don't like the classic barrage interview. We prefer a developer to developer conversation in which one of our Crafters will check how far you are in your career and in which way you can still learn from us and we can learn from you. It is also the opportunity for you to discover what our Crafters are doing on a daily basis. So feel free to ask questions yourself.

FINANCIAL FIT

During this interview you will speak with someone from management. Based on the previous conversations, we will work out an offer completely tailored to your needs. Hopefully we will meet your expectations and you will meet ours.

HIRE

After you make your decision and your contract is signed, you can call yourself a full member of our Tribe. A few more weeks and you can officially get started. Welcome in advance to our Best Workplace.
