FRONT-END developer

Your colleagues have made sure that everything is processed and calculated in the back-end. Now it's up to you to bring out your magic box and make sure that everything is presented to the user beautifully, quickly and with quality, and that that user can interact appropriately with his or her data.

As a Front-end Developer (or Front-end Crafter as we call it in our Tribe), you are the technical glue between the user and the application.

FRONT-END Crafter @ Continuum...

...Something for you?

You like to raise the bar?

You closely follow the market and the latest technical developments.

As our new colleague, you know all about Javascript, Typescript, Angular, HTML5, CSS and other techniques and frameworks. You already have considerable experience in these matters and can speak a fair bit about the future of front-end development. You can compare different solutions as well as the pros and cons. A pioneer. A (plan) trigger. That is what we are looking for. Someone who is eager to learn. Someone who doesn't just stick to the plan, but who anticipates change. A team player who pushes the boundaries of software and closely follows technological developments.

You will bring your passion to our company and help us continue to grow. You will build long-term relationships with our customers. In return, we offer you a creative environment with fun colleagues in which you can grow and develop new passions!

Does that sound like music to your ears?

If so, we look forward to receiving your application!

YOUR CANDIDATE JOURNEY

1

Cultural fit

During the cultural fit, we try to discover if you are a match for our Tribe in terms of personality. This is because we are not only looking for a strong technical profile, but also for someone who can contribute to the values of our company.

2

Technical FIT

We don't like the classic barrage interview. We prefer a developer to developer conversation in which one of our Crafters will check how far you are in your career and in which way you can still learn from us and we can learn from you. It is also the opportunity for you to discover what our Crafters are doing on a daily basis. So feel free to ask questions yourself.

3

FINANCIAL FIT

During this interview you will speak with someone from management. Based on the previous conversations, we will work out an offer completely tailored to your needs. Hopefully we will meet your expectations and you will meet ours.

4

HIRE

After you make your decision and your contract is signed, you can call yourself a full member of our Tribe. A few more weeks and you can officially get started. Welcome in advance to our Best Workplace.
