Continuum is a "Great Place To Work"

Continuum Consulting nv, the specialist in Java software development, was recognized this year as one of the best companies to work for by the "Great Place To Work Institute" organization in Belgium. Mutual trust and a flat structure characterize Continuum. "Throughout the year we focus on personal development, knowledge sharing, communication and fun. This all contributes to our Crafters feeling that they are part of our Tribe and can be themselves within our organization" says Bart Waterlot, Chief Craftsman.

Great Place to Work's list is the only employer list that looks at both the employee perspective and employer policies. It requires employees to evaluate 58 statements and evaluates employer policies through a Culture Audit. Only organizations that score high enough earn the "Great Place To Work" label and are included on the list.

Walter Martens, CEO of Continuum: "We are very proud of the label of "Great Place To Work" ! Achieving such a label at a first participation is quite exceptional. We are especially proud of all our Software Crafters who add value to our customers every day. Their commitment and dedication are the main reasons why Continuum becomes even more awesome to work for every day."

The results of the Great Place to Work survey show that Continuum employees feel they work for an organization that creates value through a focus on personal development, coaching and mentoring throughout their careers. In particular, the flat hierarchical structure and open communication are appreciated by employees and make them feel empowered in everything they do.
