A while ago we welcomed BenoƮt Liessens to our Tribe.
How did he experience his first weeks at Continuum and what made him embark on a new adventure during this somewhat strange period of Corona?
Read more about it in the short interview with BenoĆ®t!Ā

How did you first learn about Continuum?
Bart Waterlot and I have been connected via LinkedIn for 3 years and it wasn't until August 2020 that Bart contacted me. The fact that I was not immediately "jumped on" and that I was not talking to HR or a recruiter but rather someone from the heart of Continuum convinced me to make the switch.
AND "a touch of Limburg" of course! š

What do you expect from your career at Continuum?
After working at my previous employer (and project) for 10 years, it was time for something new.
I would like to expand and broaden my horizons.
Further developing Craftsmanship within the organization and taking on a coaching role for less experienced colleagues is something I am very much looking forward to.
How did your first weeks at Continuum go?
Since I started at Continuum during a somewhat strange period, I was a bit reluctant to get to know new colleagues digitally. I was a bit worried that the introduction would be awkward that way, but that fear was surely unfounded.Ā
I had 1-2-1 calls with some colleagues and that actually went really pleasantly. Meeting the whole Tribe in 1 day certainly wouldn't have been necessary for me either because I don't remember that many names anyway š.

What's on your wish list for the next 5 years?
Over the past 12 years, I have traveled frequently for my work, most of which involved visiting clients. It is nice to get a feeling for the customer you are working for and to be able to feel where you are going. I certainly hope to keep doing that.
As for Continuum, I definitely see myself doing my part in giving Tribe Talks that are organized both internally and externally and writing blog posts.
