Raising the bar for Java Software Development
One of the most important characteristics of a software crafter is his broad basic knowledge. A software crafter needs to have encountered as many aspects of an IT project as possible in order to do a job well. It is only possible to become an expert in a domain if you can also compare with alternatives or other solution domains. That's where a true crafter, among other things, can make the difference.
At Continuum, we support our employees (and their professionalism) in a variety of ways. One of those ways is the organization of Tribe Days. Several times a year, our people get together in the office to exchange views and share and/or expand their knowledge. The sessions are very diverse, ranging from deeply technical about project approaches to just plain fun.Â
